Your work orders stay on your device
Everything entered into the generator — company details, customers, assets, descriptions, parts, labor, logos — is stored only in your browser's local storage so your work survives a reload and your WO numbering can auto-increment. None of it is transmitted to or stored on our servers. PDFs are generated entirely on your device.
What we do collect
If you enter your email (to unlock the printable pack, join the Pro waitlist, or subscribe in the footer), we store that address with the page it came from. We use it to send what you asked for and occasional related updates — never sold, never shared, unsubscribe in one click. We also record anonymous product events (like "a PDF was downloaded") with no document contents attached.
Cookies and tracking
No advertising cookies, no third-party tracking pixels. Local and session storage are used solely for autosave, your WO counter, unlock state, and small UI preferences on your own device.
Payments
If you purchase the Pro upgrade, Stripe processes the payment; we never see or store card details.
Data removal
Clear this site's browser data to remove locally stored documents. Email us or use the unsubscribe link to be removed from the mailing list promptly.
